Our Floats typically work in multiple classrooms and cover teacher absences and lunch breaks. The float may be asked to assist the other teachers in setting up or cleaning up an activity, helping the children remove coats or find belongings, leading them to the playground, setting up nap mats, or other duties.
We offer medical, dental and vision insurance to all employees who work 30 hours or more per week. We also offer 401K retirement savings accounts, paid holidays, and paid sick and vacation leave.
